2013 Annual Conference

September 11-13, 2013 ---  Pokagon State Park

Latest News

The Conference Committee has begun preparations for this year's conference, once again being held at Pokagon State Park in Angola. We are now taking submissions for abstracts for presentations at the Conference. Additional information, suggested topics, and submission templates can be found in Call for Abstracts.

Also available is the form to nominate a group or individual for one of INAFSM's coveted awards. Details and a sumbission template can be found in Award Nominations.

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for this year's event, please contact Tonya Cottrell, who can provide additional information and guidelines. More information is also available in Sponsors/Vendors.

Earlier this year, the Board elected to offer free membership to individuals who wished to join INAFSM for the year 2013. We will be renewing membership with Conference Dues, and continue to follow this process from this point forward. Conference Registration will begin in early spring, so please check back at a later date for instructions. If you are a 2013 member of INAFSM, you will be notified via email of any major announcements or updates reagrding the Conference. If you are not a member of INAFSM, please register here...it's FREE until August 31, 2013.

We do have our highest membership count in 16 years of existence, so you will want to register for the Conference early, as well as reserve a room/cabin well in advance.

6th Annual Golf Scramble

Golf BallThis year's golf tournament, will again be held at the beautiful Glendarin Hills Golf Club on Tuesday, September 10.

The $45 greens fee include 18 holes of golf, riding cart, and range balls.  Green fees should be paid to the course on game day.  We will meet in the clubhouse at noon for lunch (on your own dime), and start golfing at 1:00 pm. As always, we will gather in the 19th Hole for the awarding of prizes.

Please contact John Crist to register for the event or should you need additional information.  Feel free to create your own foursome, or just show up and we will place you on a team.  Hope to see everyone there!
